Housing grants offer people, a means to own their dream house, or to fix many problems around the home, such as an extension or a refurbishment of the home. Mortgage payments are getting difficult, as many people are losing their jobs, or have lost them and are struggling to meet with their home mortgage payments. Especially with so many other credit and debt issues to sort out, it becomes extremely difficult for people to meet with their financial commitments in housing. Housing grants are a much needed respite, especially during these times, when people have numerous debts to work out.
